Agreement Overview
By engaging with the Apps, whether by installation or other use, you enter into a binding legal contract (“EULA”) with VisonMind, herein referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.” This agreement affirms your commitment to adhere to the EULA’s terms and conditions, asserts your ownership or control over the device where the App is installed, and confirms your capacity and authority to agree to and follow the EULA’s stipulations as if physically signed by you. This EULA encompasses any updates, supplements, or services for the Apps not covered under separate agreements. Installation or use of any App signifies acceptance of this EULA. Should you disagree with any part of this EULA, please refrain from installing or using the Apps.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions. Significant changes affecting your rights or obligations will be communicated through reasonable means, including an in-app message upon opening the App. Your continued use after amendments signifies acceptance. Discontinue use if you disagree with any changes.
